We help our management and Board of Directors identify and monitor risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and take appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company. Wells Fargo provides middle market, large corporate and financial institution customers with a range of financing solutions, including treasury management, credit, payments, financing, foreign exchange, and trade services. Wells Fargo operates in 40 countries and territories throughout our three geographical regions: Canada and the Americas; Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA); and Asia Pacific (APAC). The Americas Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM) Regional Head reports to the Americas Regional Risk Executive (RRE). This position has overall responsibility and oversight for the design and execution of the FCRM programs across the region, including Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean. This role will serve as the primary point-of-contact for all financial crimes matters, including coordination with internal and external parties, such as Regulators, Internal Audit, and Compliance Testing and Validation. The Americas Head of FCRM will support the country Money Laundering Reporting Officers to ensure that businesses operating in the region are conducted in compliance with local legal and regulatory standards and Wells Fargo corporate policy. The Americas Head of FCRM will work closely with the other Regional FCRM Heads, the Wells Fargo Head of FCRM/BSA Officer and other key Corporate FCRM staff to ensure a consistent approach throughout the international regions. Key responsibilities: Manage all program elements of the Americas FCRM Program to ensure the program is operating in compliance with all local jurisdiction Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT) requirements and Wells Fargo’s corporate policies and directives. This includes the development and updating of AML Country Programs and supporting documentation for each Americas Country Branch jurisdiction. Analyze regulatory and legal developments to ensure AML/CFT Country Programs and supporting procedures are current and accurate. Responsible for the development and implementation of effective AML and CFT processes and controls. Lead the local, appointed MLROs in the development and execution of AML Country Programs and regulatory mandated responsibilities. Develop and manage metrics and risk reporting to be distributed and leveraged by key stakeholders with responsibility for risk management in all lines of defense, including enterprise FCRM, business leaders and FCRM teams, and Internal Audit. Member of various Risk Committees responsible for communicating and escalating financial crimes-related issues for the Americas Region. Provide leadership and guidance to the businesses operating in the Region and other support groups. Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across Independent Risk Management, lines of business, and Internal Audit to ensure timely identification and resolution of FCRM related issues. Responsible for budgeting and resource forecasting for Americas Region FCRM components. As a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: fraud, Bank Secrecy Act, anti money laundering, investigations of financial crimes transactions or policy violations, risk management, or compliance 5+ years of management experience

Other Desired Qualifications
Experience in capital markets, asset management and/or lending businesses. Strong working knowledge of Canadian, and/or other Americas Region country specific financial crimes/anti-money laundering regulations and guidelines. Demonstrated experience in an environment where management of regulatory requirements must be achieved in the context of the region, different jurisdictions, the line of business, and multiple legal entities Ability to analyze business issues and identify key risks/mitigating controls Experience identifying opportunities for improvement
